Adjustable cutter designed to cut damper felt. Excellent tool for making precise cuts on damper felt, action cloth and any other type of felt for piano repairs. Uses a standard single edge razor blade that is replaceable, hardwood construction. 13 inches long, 3 inches wide, 5 inches high.
