Shipping Policy 

At Howard Piano Industries, we understand the importance of receiving your orders promptly. That's why we strive to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them, excluding weekends and holidays. 

 Shipping Methods: 

We offer several shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible: 

  1. Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive within 3-7 business days after leaving our facility. This option is ideal for customers looking for an affordable shipping solution. 

  2. Expedited Shipping: For those who need their orders urgently, we provide expedited shipping options. With expedited shipping, your order will arrive within 1-3 business days after leaving our facility if it is a guaranteed shipment. 

 Order Processing: 

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders received after our daily cutoff time will be processed the following business day. 

 Order Tracking: 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status and location of your package. 

 Shipping Restrictions:

Please note that certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory considerations.  

 International Shipping: 

At this time, we offer international shipping with no minimum purchase requirements. 

  Shipping Charges: 

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process. 

 Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Custom made items which include custom piano bench cushions and grand piano covers cannot be returned as they are custom made to order.  Of course, if there is an error in your order we would be glad to accept a return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
