Piano Flange Rebushing

From time to time flanges need to be rebushed.  The technique used to rebush the flanges is not difficult, but certain procedures must be followed to produce a good result.  Our demonstration video here on flange rebushing shows a good way to rebush a piano action flange.

Tools and parts needed:

- Center Pin Extracting/Repinning Tool
- Pin Vise
- .104" Flange Drill Bit
- Flange Bushing Cloth
- PVC-E Glue
- Sharp Utility Knife
- Center Pins or
- Center Pin Box with assortment of pins
- Flange Bushing Broach Kit
